Felice’s Story

Growing up on a farm in West Marin California, Felice has strong roots in American agriculture and has long been passionate about handcrafted foods.

She began her food career working with an organic grains company that packed domestic grains in Fresno. As Director of Business Development, she gained national distribution into Sprouts Markets, schools, and healthcare campuses.

Expanding her love for good food, Felice became Director of Sales and Marketing for O Olive Oil and launched the first organic olive oil into Target and Walmart. Then she was hired as National Sales Director for Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese. She scaled her sales team while opening a new creamery, presented at the Disney Food and Wine festival, and became a board member for the California Artisan Cheese Guild.

Because she developed a deep knowledge for cheese and food service sales, she became the Northern California sales and cheese specialist for Chefs Warehouse. She sold cheese and dairy from around the world into key accounts and educated F&B teams including Twitter, Chase Center, San Francisco Zoo, Sterling Vineyards, and Post Ranch Inn. Around this time she was elected President of the California Artisan Cheese Guild.

As West Coast Sales Director for Laura Chenel, Marin French Cheese and St Benoit Creamery, Felice exported cheese to Asia and established a cheese partnership with the Culinary Institute of America, which were high points. During this time she was also invited to be a chair for the Good Food Awards cheese category.

Felice is an active industry speaker including: Angel Food, Prosper Portland, Agricultural Institute of Marin, and Oregon State Food Innovation Center

In summer of 2021 Felice launched Felice Foods, a place to elevate happy food and amplify her impact on the industry.
